My new job!!// Jibber Jabber

I dont have too much to say but do have news about my new job!!!! It is going really well so far( only 4 days ), it is a lot to take in, but I think I can handle it. The lady I'm working with is real good with me, she is already teaching me alot, she is really smart!!! The patients that come in are older and have about 6 diagnoses, and about 10-15 RX (prescriptions)!!! They mainly have high BP, Diabetes or both. They are nice and easy to get along with, for the most part. There are a lot of things I have to, and be able to do automaticly, but I think one of the main things I'm gong to have trouble with is thier RX and knowing what they are for. The other thing is knowing all the codes that the Dr. uses when he orders labs. I am gong to be studing a lot this weekend and probably a few weekends after this!!
The Dr. does all the diabetic testing and treatment there, so we have to learn a lot about it. He has the Pts that are just finding out they have diabetes watch a movie on why you have it, what your body is doing, or not doing, and how to take care of yourself. He also has us (well not me yet) explain it to them in depth using a popster. He is a very thurough, very smart Dr., and really does care about his Pts. I like him alot because you can ask him questions and talktohim like a normal person, he isn't pompus or boastfull. I like that because I really need the one on one and have a lot of questions!!! He even eats lunch us, he's pretty cool.
Well I cleaned my whole house yesturday, mopped the floors twice, cleaned the baseboards, washed the cupboards, stove and fridge, did the dishes, cleaned the living room, bathroom AND made dinner...... now I feel like I'm married!!! The house has been cleaned, but not deep cleaned since we moved in, so it really needed it!! The floors were so gross, which is why I mopped them 2x. hehe.... I made really good dinner too, I made chicken, with chicken flavored rice, salad and asparagus.... Yummy!!! Kenny was in the yard trying to kill our everliving weeds... It was kinda cute watching him, he had to pull up his pants like 8x...I wish I had a camera.
I love being in this house and having our own space, I knew I would but you really can't appriciate it untill you have it. Our arguments have become less often and more important. They actually pertain to us now, not just taking out our frustrations of being in a house with too many people in it. It is even different then when we were living together unmarried. I guess because were living in sin anymore, I guess that would put a damper on things, lol.
Well I'm glad you guys (mom and dad) had fun in Washington, I heard about the shirts, the one you got Jade is perfect for her... hehe...
I still have presents for you guys from Vegas, I forgot to give them to dad when he was up here. I guess I'll have to mail them... well ya'll I got things to do still so I have to go, I love you all, and hope to see you soon....Ber
